Welcome to The Flowerlook. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.


1. General Information

This website is operated by The Flowerlook (“we”, “us”, “our”).
By browsing, purchasing, or interacting with our online store, you accept these Terms & Conditions.


2. Products & Availability

  • All arrangements are handcrafted, so they may vary slightly from images shown.

  • Product availability depends on daily seasonal stock.

  • If certain flowers, colours, or materials are unavailable, we may substitute with items of equal or greater value.

  • Images are provided as a styling guide; actual arrangements may differ in size, variety, or colour.


3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in AUD and include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without notice.

  • Orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

  • We accept the payment options displayed at checkout (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, PayPal).


4. Delivery Services

Delivery Areas

We deliver to: Alkimos, Banksia Grove, Burns Beach, Butler, Carramar, Clarkson, Currambine, Carabooda, Eglinton, Iluka, Jindalee, Kinross, Merriwa, Mindarie, Ocean Reef, Quinns Rocks, Ridgewood, Two Rocks, and Yanchep.

Delivery Terms

  • Same-day delivery cut-off times are displayed on our website. On some days, same-day delivery may not be available or may have a different cut-off time.

  • Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

  • Please ensure all delivery details are accurate. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delays or failed delivery.

  • If no one is home, your order may be left in a safe location unless you request otherwise. We are not liable for loss, theft, or weather-related damage after delivery.


5. Refunds, Returns & Cancellations

General Policy

Due to the perishable nature of flowers, all sales are final.

Issues with Orders

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide your order number and clear photos of flowers

  • We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Replacements & Returns


In the event that a replacement arrangement is issued, we may request that the original flower arrangement/bouquet be returned so we can assess what may have gone wrong. The original item will be collected at the same time the replacement is delivered.

Cancellations

  • Orders can only be cancelled if the flowers have not yet been prepared.

  • A cancellation fee may apply.

  • No cancellations are accepted for major floral holidays (Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, Christmas, etc.) once the order is placed.

Situations Where Refunds Are Not Offered

We are unable to offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after placing an order

  • Delivery delays outside our control

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • Flowers or gifts left unattended at the delivery address and subsequently stollen

  • Flowers left at the door in hot weather — it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that someone will be home to receive the delivery

  • Flowers that have been left in a hot room. Please note that flowers can deteriorate within just a few hours if they are kept in a hot environment. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund if the flowers have been damaged due to heat exposure inside your home.

  • Flowers that have not been cared for properly, including being kept in dirty water. In these cases, most of the flowers in the vase will appear wilted or rotten, as they all draw from the same contaminated water. We cannot offer a refund in these situations, as it is the recipient’s responsibility to provide proper care.


6. Special Event Periods

On peak floral days (Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, etc.):

  • Delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

  • Substitutions are more likely due to supply limitations.

  • No changes or cancellations are accepted after the order is placed.


7. Website Information

  • We aim to ensure all website details are accurate; however, errors may occasionally occur.

  • We reserve the right to update prices, product descriptions, or cancel orders affected by inaccuracies.


8. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information is collected only for: order processing, delivery, and customer communication.

  • We do not share or sell your personal information to third parties except as required to complete your order.

  • In some cases, disclosure of personal information may be necessary to comply with legal obligations.

9. Intellectual Property

All images, product descriptions, text, and branding on our website belong to The Flowerlook You may not use, copy, or reproduce any content without permission.


10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for delays, loss, or damage after delivery has occurred.

  • Our liability for any claim is limited to the value of the order.


11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any changes.


12. Security

We take reasonable, commercially accepted measures to safeguard your personal information. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure.


13. Compliance with Laws

We may disclose your personal information when required by law, subpoena, or legal process.
