Priority Delivery Surcharge Fee: $8.00 on top of the standard fee.
Re-Delivery Fee: $18.95
Same-Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 11.00am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday unless sold out earlier.
Thursday Orders must be placed before 10:30am.
Our courier can deliver flowers to the following suburbs:
Alkimos, Butler, Burns Beach, Banksia Grove, Clarkson, Currambine, Carramar, Carabooda, Eglinton, Iluka, Jindalee, Kinross, Merriwa, Mindarie, Quinns Rocks, Ridgewood, Yanchep, Two Rocks.
Please note, we do not deliver to: Guilderton, Woodridge, Neergabby, Gabbadah.
You can generally expect your flowers to last from 4 -8 days depending on the flower varaety, if they are cared for correctly. All our flower orders are delivered with flower care card.
Standard delivery time slot 1.00pm to 6.00pm (Mon,Tue,Wed,Fri)
Priority delivery time slot 9.00-1.00pm
Exeption is Thursday delivery slot is 9.00-2.00pm
Please note, that occasionally priority delivery may be unavailable.
No, unfortunately we are unable to offer this service and all orders must be placed via online store.
Once the courier has completed all deliveries for their assigned time slot, they notify us. At that point, we manually update the order status from “Processing” to “Completed” in our system. Once an order’s status is changed to “Completed”, the customer automatically receives an email confirming that their order has been successfully delivered. Please make sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.
If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect additional charges may apply to remake the flowers and arrange a re-delivery.
Please make sure the address is correct when you order, and check the order confirmation email when it is received.
