Delivery and Refund Policy

At The Flower Look, we strive to offer a seamless delivery experience while ensuring the highest level of service for all our customers. Please read the following information regarding our delivery and refund policies:


Delivery Areas

Our courier can deliver flowers to the following suburbs:
Alkimos, Butler, Burns Beach, Banksia Grove, Clarkson, Currambine, Carramar, Carabooda, Eglinton, Iluka, Jindalee, Kinross, Merriwa, Mindarie, Quinns Rocks, Ridgewood, Yanchep, Two Rocks.

Please note, we do not deliver to:
Guilderton, Woodridge, Neergabby, Gabbadah, or any other suburbs not listed above. Thank you for your understanding.


Delivery Fees

  • Standard Delivery Fee: $18.95
  • Priority Delivery: If you need your flowers delivered by 12:30pm, we offer a Priority Delivery option for a surcharge of $6.00 on top of the standard fee.
  • Re-Delivery: If the recipient is unavailable, re-delivery will be made for $18.95 by 6pm.

Cut-Off Time for Same-Day Delivery

  • Same-Day Delivery is available for orders placed before 11.00am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday unless sold out earlier.
  • Thursday Orders must be placed before 10:30am.
  • We are closed on public holidays and Sundays, except for Mother’s Day and Valentine’s Day.

Conditions of Delivery

  • Recipient Availability: Our courier makes every effort to ensure that the flowers and gifts are handed to the recipient personally. If the recipient is not home or does not answer the door, the delivery will either be left at the front door or returned to our studio, depending on the customer’s instructions at the time of the order.
  • Correct Delivery Information: To ensure accurate delivery, please make sure the recipient’s address and contact number are complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete information.
  • Weather Conditions: In the event of unsafe weather conditions, we reserve the right to return the flowers to our studio if we cannot reach the recipient. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery. Alternatively, pickup from our home-based studio may be arranged.
  • Proof of Delivery: Our courier will take a photo of deliveries left unattended. Please note, we are not responsible for flowers or gifts that are stolen after being delivered.

Cancellation Policy

  • If you cancel your order the night before the scheduled delivery date, we will refund the full amount.
  • If you cancel on the day of delivery, we will refund 50% of the total paid amount.
  • We reserve the right to reject an order if we are unable to deliver to the provided address or if we cannot prepare the order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., florist illness, delivery issues, etc.). In such cases, we will notify you immediately via email/phone and issue a full refund.

The Flower Look reserves the right to refuse refunds in the following situations:

  • Complaints made more than 48 hours after the delivery of the flowers.
  • Flowers or gifts have been damaged after delivery.
  • A customer cancels an order after the flower arrangement has been made.

Alcohol Purchase Conditions

  • The maximum volume of alcohol that can be purchased per customer is 2 bottles.
  • Alcohol and other gifts cannot be sold separately from flowers.
  • Alcohol cannot be sold to anyone under 18 years of age.
